How do you learn about job openings? Do you share about job openings? Do you know someone who would be an excellent employee for HSOLC? Then this new employee recruitment incentive program could give you $150 gift card!
The goal is to develop a bigger pool of candidates. We are giving current employees who refer someone to HSOLC, and is interviewed, a $100 gift card. If the person is approved for hire by Policy Council, the referring employee can get an additional $50 for a total of $150.
Who is eligible – all staff, including substitutes. No HR and management staff.
What do you need to do?
#1 – Post a positive comment on your social media outlet (Twitter / Instagram / Facebook) about working at HSOLC. Take a screen shot of your post and send it to Blanca Flores in HR.
#2 – The candidate needs to name you on the online employment application under “how did you learn about this position?” If the candidate knows lots of HS staff, only one person can be listed.
#3 – Refer lots of people, but only one gift card for $100 and another for $50 will be given per person. (If you refer two people and both are hired, you only get one $150 gift card).
#4 – Gift cards will be awarded at the end of the month.
