Dulce Diaz Trejo, Fairfield PD Teacher, is doing a lovely job. I think she is in a model that is allowing her to grow in her new position and she is working with a team that has a lot of experience. Roz Haynes, Lourdes Renteria, and Grace Gibbins are strong models for Dulce. They are encouraging and are willing to give feedback and provide a safe collaborative environment where people can grow. We are proud of Dulce, she is going to school (last 3 quarters), caring for her family and working. She is taking everything she has learned and continues to learn and applying it in class. Keep up the good work.
