10.2.3 Scheduling and Use

10.2.3 Personal leave hours may be used for any reason….but must be approved in advance….

10.2.3.5 Personal leave hours will not be available to new hires until after three (3) continuous months of employment.

10.4.1 Regular full year bargaining unit members can use vacation hours available to them anytime during the fiscal year (with exceptions…)….subject  to the approval of their supervisor.
