The Training Committee meets the third Thursday of the month – April 15 is the next meeting.
In March, the group heard back from other committees.
~ Emerging Leaders and New Leaders class topic was on integrity and leadership.
~ Diversity-Equity group is using breakout rooms to discuss the book they are reading. Check out their notes under the Dept/Committee tab.
Training Committee continues to look at universal training, identifying what those might be and why. Like Dependability: The group defined it so far as time management, team building, follow thru and being responsive to need-ask. Discussion lead to defining what that means at HSOLC. What does it mean to you?
