Impact
- No access to EWS, HR, MIP Fund Accounting or Microix will be allowed
Thursday, May 7th, 2020 – Planned Maintenance to allow full migration of EWS, HR, MIP Fund Accounting and Microix back to the the CPAZ cloud.
ALL DAY or until IT says it’s okay to use the CPAZ cloud services.
Impact
- Intermittent network outages while servers and services are updated, and tested.
- CPAZ links will be restored on the Head Start of Lane County Web-site and pushed out to all computers that are connected to our local area network.
- For computers and laptops not connected to the Head Start network — They will be able to access EWS via the https://www.hsolc.org portal or use this link https://hsolc.cpaz.com/ews after you have been given permission to do so on May 7th, 2020
- For computers and laptops that need MIP Fund Accounting, and or HR and Microix. We may have to work with you on a one to one basis depending upon CPAZ’s cloud installation procedures. We will find out about this on the May 7th, 2020.
