DESCRIPTION:Register Here\nJune 14-16\, 2021 8:30am – 2:00pm \nEducation Managers Institute: Nurturing Leadership\n\n\nRegistration is now open for the Education Managers Institute! New and experienced education managers can nurture and build their leadership skills using the National Center on Early Childhood Development\, Teaching\, and Learning’s (NCECDTL) 5Rs for Early Learning Leaders: Responsive Relationships\, Reason\, Resources\, Reflective Dialogues\, and Recognition. \nJoin us to participate in engaging sessions that highlight practical leadership strategies. Discover how to support education staff to implement high-quality teaching and learning practices for children ages birth to 5. Learn to promote leadership capacity and well-being in educators and strengthen a culture of continuous program improvement. Participants will develop a thoughtful action plan to use throughout the year to guide their own leadership skills and strengthen professional development for education staff. \nInstitute engagement opportunities will include plenaries\, virtual sessions\, guided reflection\, Q&A\, podcasts\, and action planning. A range of on-demand resources will also be available. Sessions will focus on nurturing yourself and supporting staff wellness. Session levels will be identified for new and experienced education managers.
