DESCRIPTION:Laugh Your Way to Wellness!\n\nStress management and humor expert\, comedy writer\, stand-up comic\, and comedy instructor/coach\, Leigh Anne Jasheway will be coming to Whiteaker on January 11th.\n\nEverybody is welcome to attend this presentation in honor of our Healthy Holiday Challenge participants\, brought to you by your Staff Wellness Team. \nFriday\, January 11th 3:00-4:30 Whiteaker Cafeteria\n\nLeigh Anne has a M.P.H. degree– which is either stands for masters of public health or mistress of public humor (and\, occasionally\, miles per hour\, but only if she has had too many espressos). In lieu of actually getting a real job\, she consults with organizations (and disorganization) on how to use humor to manage stress\, change\, and conflict\, and boost creativity\, teamwork and morale. Her mission\, if she decides to accept it\, is to help the world become healthier and more sane through laughter.\n\nChallenge participants please report at 2:30 for certificates and V.I.P. seating in front. \nQuestions?
