Now is the time to get started on your scholarships applications!  Thankfully, the LCC Scholarship Office will be running workshops to help you through the process of applying for scholarships

LCC will focus on preparing for the Lane Foundation, Oregon Office of Student Access, and Completion (OSAC) and The Ford Family Scholarships.

In Person Scholarship Workshops – Building 2 Room 211

  • February 17 – 2:00 to 3:30
  • February 24 – 2:00 to 3:30
  • February 21 – 2:00 to 3:30
  • February 28 – 2:00 to 3:30

Oregon Head Start Association Scholarships are as easy as 1-2-3. There are scholarships for staff and parent. The application process is easy and we offer support to parents to complete the application. 

Due dates:

In person: May 16, 2:00 at the registration desk during the State meeting.

By mail: Post mark no later than April 29 to:

Each applicant will have to have 3 (THREE) complete applications and each program must bundle together with a program cover sheet (program does cover sheet).

Each bundle will include:

1 – application

2 – Essays (1 about goals & aspirations and 1 about Head Start experiences)

3 – Letters of reference (1 community member, 1 teacher/supervisor, 1 personal reference)
