The Brave Bees at the University of Oregon are wrapping up the end of their Building Study!
To make sure they were keeping up with their crane operator certifications, these little engineers exercised safe demolition practices while operating their crawler cranes with the wrecking balls. They were then ready to break ground.
To finalize the last of the building construction, we went over our safety checklist. Our engineers took a final tour of our building, keeping an eye out for anything unsafe. They were careful to notice the differences between brick, concrete, and wood, they made sure the walls were sturdy and strong. Every window had a great view and each floor had a bathroom. (VERY important!)
