How do you earn points?
In our Healthy Eating & Food Tracking Club, you can track your healthy eating in the way that best fits you.
You can record your meals and healthy food choices using a electronic tracker.
There are many free trackers to choose from. I have listed some here:

You can record your meals using MyPlate.
MyPlate is a graphic designed to help us choose healthy options and balance our plate. If you would like a MyPlate plate to use for measuring your portions and tracking your eating, please let me know by April 4th. You could also use the website for portion sizes if you want to use your own plate to track with the MyPlate design.

Each day you track, you can enter your points earned.
You can also earn points for one day each week by participating in a weekly activity. We will be sending out the weekly activity and resources through email and our Facebook page.
