Starting Monday, October 11th, 2010 Information Technology will ONLY accept help desk CALLS from 2 to 3pm each business day. At all other times calls will most likely go to voice mail. Depending on our case load, voice mail will be checked between 3 and 5 pm daily, and responded to by the next business day.
Please remember — when requesting any computer user support — always submit a ticket to — technology-request@hsolc.org with an CC to your supervisor (in some cases your supervisor may have already directed you to send all requests through him/her first). In any case we will respond asap.
