It’s 9:15 AM. Some of us may be still waiting for our coffee or tea to warm up our brains. But our crew at the central kitchen has already prepared breakfast and lunch for close to 600 children and staff. Our on-site kitchens (Brattain and Whiteaker) are not far behind. Around this time, our CFSWs are also likely to be starting their day, ready to serve their site’s individual needs and give our meals the extra love that makes them just right for each of our kids.
