Because the validity of our officer elections process was called into question, we are starting over with nominations for chapter officers.
We are looking for nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer positions.
Anyone who wishes to be nominated will need to be present to accept their nomination. A member in good standing will nominate a candidate from the floor at this special meeting. Then the nominee will either accept or decline the nomination.
Nominations will close at this meeting and will not be re-opened. The term of office is a 2 year term. If you are interested and have questions about the positions, please contact me.
After the meeting, notice of officer candidates and ballots will be presented for voting at a special election at a later date.
Please plan to attend next Tuesday.
