Former Howard Head Start dad is featured in October 17th Register Guard. Sergei Teleshev is an accordion player and recently won the 2013 Roland U.S. V-Accordion Festival. Sergei played his various accordion instruments for the children at the Howard Head Start classroom two years in a row.
