Eugene Family YMCA is again offering a series of free educational classes for persons living with Diabetes. The first class begins Tuesday Sept. 9th at 4:00 p.m. at the YMCA. Each class includes a light meal, recipes, educational resources and everyday tips for managing diabetes. Attendees who attend all 3 classes will be entered into a drawing to win a free food scale.
