It will go over TS reports that are helpful with planning activities, give numerous examples of ways to "pack in" TS objectives into routine activities, and give multiple resources for free and engaging activities. Communication with the heart is a quick dive into foundational communication skills that can serve you in any area of life. In this workshop we illuminate skills which will help cultivate productive conversations. We will discuss communication using self-awareness, empathy, active listening, and I statements. These skills will be practiced through group activities and personal reflections.
