This training will focus on NCECDTL’s 5Rs of Early Learning Leaders (Responsive Relationships, Reason, Resources, Reflective Dialogue, and Recognition). These 5Rs describe the functions of effective learning leaders, and the practices they put into action to promote quality teaching and learning. In this training, we will give a background on the discovery of the 5Rs, and ways to apply the 5Rs in your work as you support education staff to ultimately benefit child and family success.
