This session will review the fundamentals of program planning and how this process supports Head Start/Early Head Start services as they return to full in-person comprehensive services. The session will highlight the utility of the Program Planning Cycle and the community assessment. The event will also reinforce the importance of Head Start Program Leadership (governing body/Tribal Council, Policy Council and key management staff) in the planning process.
