JC Penny and Kids Haircuts and Eye Glasses

JC Penney is offering free haircuts all August for kids in grades K-6. And more than one per kid…as many as they need.

The family does need to make an appointment, which can be done by calling 855-JCP-KIDS or going by the salon at Valley River Center.

And, for every haircut, JCP Eugene will donate $1 to an after school program.

JC Penny is also offering $25 frames for kids!
