Position Summary:

The Human Resources Director (HRD) works in partnership with Trust leadership and staff to plan, organize, and administer human resource functions to support the Trust’s mission, values, and strategic priorities. The HRD develops, recommends, and implements strategies for development and retention of a diverse, inclusive, high-performing and engaged organizational team. The position also ensures legal and regulatory compliance, and serves as an internal consultant to management and advisor to staff on a full range of human resource-related needs and issues.
