Position Announcement: Director of Communication
Reporting to the CEO, and serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the Director of Communication will contribute creative, dynamic and forward-thinking communications strategy to promote the fulfillment of MMT’s vision and mission. The Director will enhance and develop a robust, multichannel communications program for MMT, directly managing communications activities that enhance MMT’s position as a champion for Oregon and for the sector, and strengthening MMT’s role as a platform for advancing the common good. The Director will be responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of communications activities.

Position Announcement: Director of Human Resources
As MMT’s first dedicated, in-house human resources leader, the Director of Human Resources will lead, develop and execute all employment-related services and functions of the organization. The Director will guide and support organizational planning and decision-making from the perspective of MMT’s people needs, including talent management, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations. This position will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, coaching and advising on effective employee relations, and establishing credibility throughout the organization as a problem-solver and advocate for staff. The Director will also develop programs and strategies to ensure a strong equity-oriented culture, to recruit and retain talented people of all backgrounds, and to promote the full development, performance and satisfaction of all employees.
