The Early Head Start Mentor/Coach is responsible for providing on-going coaching for home visiting staff. Supporting effective teaching strategies in the home that lead to positive outcome for children within the context of a collaborative relationship with the parent/caregiver and child.
Minimum Requirements:
*Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education or related field with additional infant/toddler training.
*Prefer two years’ experience in an infant/toddler setting. Experience in meeting the needs of all children including at risk, special needs and culturally diverse populations.
*Must have experience working with adult learners.
