Head Start of Lane County has recently conducted a comprehensive review of its 403(b) retirement plan. As a result of this review the decision was made to move the administration and recordkeeping of the plan to OneAmerica, AUL Retirement Services. This move will provide the following improvements to the plan:
• Local, independent retirement advisor
• Refreshed investment menu including target date options
• Personalized retirement planning
• Reduced participant paid fees
Employees in Oakridge and Florence should contact Paul Timm of Wells Fargo Advisors and set up a specific time to meet with him by telephone. We will arrange for the required transition paperwork to be sent to you in advance of the call. You will receive the same individual services provided to the rest of HSOLC employees and have the same opportunity to ask questions and assess your personal retirement plan.
