Representatives from Wells Fargo (our financial advisors) and One America (our chosen investment group) will be on location Thursday and Friday, May 8 and 9 to meet individually with staff. They will be available to answer any questions you have regarding our retirement plan and help you to fill out paperwork to transition to the new platform, open a new account, or sign an agreement opting out of the retirement plan.
Representatives will be available at four locations:
~ On Thursday, May 8, representatives will be at Delight Valley from 9am until noon and at the Central office all day from 9am until 5pm.
~ On Friday, May 9, representatives will be at Brattain and Whitaker all day from 9am until 5pm.
~ For those in Oakridge and Florence who are not able to be on site we will schedule individual conference calls with you and a plan representative at another date.
Please schedule an appointment now regardless of whether or not you plan on participating in the retirement plan. Even if you wish to opt out of the plan you will need to sign a document stating you are not participating.
