The Family Health Insurance Assistance Program (FHIAP) is accepting applications for children.

Qualifying children can have 100 percent of health insurance premiums paid. To see list of qualifying criteria, visit Applicant and Member Information
(www.oregon.gov/OHA/OPHP/FHIAP/member.shtml#What_Is_FHIAP_). Parents on the FHIAP reservation list will have an opportunity to receive an application for their children. FHIAP operates on a firstcome, first-served basis. Postcards will be sent to the oldest reservations on the list first and will continue until all families are contacted.
