The Training Committee met today. We learned and heard:

~ Whiteaker has a new computer lab located in the parent room. This is available for general use and trainings. The room will be part of the reservation system.

~ FAQ will be enhanced on the web site. Help us develop this by submitting your FAQ

~ The training schedule is updated – Zimbra trainings moved to the 3rd Friday of the month and on Feb 11 is the CMS training for RM/ARM/FSC/ECEC.

~ Mark your calendar for Mid-year All Staff on Friday March 14.

~ Sub groups reported on training needs of specific groups. The next step is to develop a draft training / budget plan in an effort to support these identified training needs/requests.

~ A new volunteer coordinator/system is being developed. Here is a sample of materials being developed.

The next meeting is the first Thursday in February – February 6.
