You may not know the term, but you have them in your classrooms. These are the students whose handwriting is atrocious, who have to carefully open their bags and notebooks to avoid an avalanche of papers, who have a hard time paying attention and are often caught day-dreaming. They are also the amazing creators and unique thinkers. This class will help you create a successful classroom for these non-sequential learners.
This class can be taken as a one day workshop or combined with online follow up to earn 3 graduate credits through Portland State University. Either way, you will leave the class with “plug and play” ideas and strategies to try out in your classroom.
