Work Plans

A resource for our partner agencies

Our Strategic Work Plans are originally developed based on the recommendations of the National Head Start Office. Additional tasks and other changes are made at local Advisory Committee meetings. The work plan reflects tasks by activity, indicates primary staff that will be involved, and targeted completion dates.

• Work Plan: Our road map that links performance standards to agency policies and procedures.
• Disabilities Work Plan: This compliments the Work plan. Both plans should be used hand in hand.
