Our Oakridge team rocked it today!
Food for Lane County (FFLC) come up with boxes for 200 households and we handed them out in 45 minutes with a huge line of cars still waiting.
The community was so grateful. Many of them lost all their food with the power being out due to the wildfire. I heard one resident say they went to Rays to get groceries but the store was out of most items too.
FFLC and the Head Start and the Oakridge team will be back at it on Friday!
