Mandatory postings (law and/or regulation) must remain in place at each site and location, as indicated on the “Mandatory Posting List”,and may not be removed or destroyed unless staff are directed to do so by their supervisor or other authorized manager.
The list will be updated (Source/Supervisor will forward updates to Human Resources) as postings are updated, newly created and/or eliminated.
This list will be given to each Regional Manager/Supervisor who in turn is required to instruct their staff and insure that posting are placed as indicated on the list. Additionally supervisors in charge of their source postings shall visually check each site on an annual basis (Sept/Oct) of each year and during the self-assessment to insure that the mandatory postings are up and current per the list.
This policy complies with Head Start Performance Standard CFR 1303.46
